Co-Founder & President
Adam's career in cannabis began in Arizona’s medical market, working with vertically integrated operators. He went on to become Regional Sales Manager for ayrloom, the #1 cannabis company in New York, covering the NYC metro region and building and managing wholesale relationships from end to end. Through that experience, he has developed a clear understanding of what processors actually require: quality, consistency, and reliable supply.

Dylan’s career began with his first job in farming, giving him early exposure to the realities and operations of the industry. He has dedicated his career to adventure, global infrastructure, and building businesses, spending a decade investing in capital-intensive projects in highly regulated environments, including gold mining through royalty, credit, and equity structures. These experience sharpened his understanding of processing efficiency, disciplined capital allocation, and complex business operations.
